Services seems to be locked

I have been trying this out. It seems good. Services A, B & C are defaults and cannot be deleted. That seems to be unusual and counter intuitive. If that is confirmed it makes the free version unusable. I can’t find out how much the professional version is unless I start the buy process and I don’t want to do that until I know if I can solve the services problem. Also I’m not in the US and we don’t use zipcodes. Confirming field descriptions can be modified in the free version which is great. It seems like a competent plugin and the developer is responsive.

I paid for custom work and no-one is responding to my emails now

I requested custom modifications to the plugin. I was told they could make the changes for me and all I would need to do is subscribe to the pro version and verify the changes. This was a generous offer, which I accepted. I approved the changes I was requesting in November and since then no-one has returned any of my emails. I have also set emails to the owner herself as well as text messages and still no response.
