The free version works great, but heads up: if you sign up for an account, the free access expires after two weeks. If you want to keep using it for free indefinitely, do not sign up.
Good plugin when it works

The plugin is easy to configure and install. Unfortunately, there are frequent downtimes during which the plugin simply does not work. Even though new reviews are available, they are not downloaded, and a message appears stating that there are no new reviews. Unfortunately, the existing reviews are deleted, so that nothing is displayed on the website. Troubleshooting usually takes several weeks.
