Manage Reviews NOT in Free version as stated AND requires email to test it

So it clearly states on the plugin description that Manage Review is included in the FREE VERSION. This is the only thing I need. I click through the link describing Manage Reviews located under Free Features and the doc says “ReviewX offers an exclusive feature, named ‘All reviews’. From where you can view all reviews, ratings in brief. You also have option to edit reviews, ratings, attachments from here.” Notice it says EDIT reviews? So I install it on my dev site but it won’t let me install it TO TEST unless I give them email, I hate that I don’t even know if I want this plugin i shouldn’t have to give them my email to install a free wordpress plugin. I begrudgingly do that and when I go to Edit Reviews it is locked by Pro! Big fat waste of time.

Emails Never Worked

I have been trying to get ReviewX to work for several years, it’s a great plugin otherwise but the email reminder feature never worked on any version of the plugin. I reached out to tech support and they kept saying that they would fix it. For three years now they’ve been saying the exact same thing, promising to fix it but never do. Now they are ghosting me an not replying to my messages. So I am moving to another plugin, email reminders are an absolute must for customers. If you want your customers to get an email asking them to leave a review, this is not the plugin for you; it doesn’t work.
