I have tried many, many a customer review plugin for WP and this one hit the mark the best. The support/development is very attentive with quick response times; very helpful as well. The customization factor (which was important to me) is excellent and it’s an overall stable product. Very happy with our subscription and use of it.

I’m trying out things with custom code to make some things work the way I want before they become addons/features in the future (as I was told) but I really appreciate the support I’m getting for the workarounds.
The plug in is pretty nice in general, I like that I don’t have to add the widgets on each page in my case where I only want to have them linked to the pages but use them in a master review form with all the options for users to review.
