I bought the Lifetime lisence and I’m not really impressed with the plugin.
The admin panel seems well done, however it’s unusable without a decent front end.
The set up is clunky and for some reason every single page on my WordPress is now issuing a 404 error when I view the website. Literally my whole website is a 404 minus the home page.
For no blocks templates this only allows one shortcode.
The Knowledge Base area seems to work if i direct link to it, however there’s no shortcode for that.
It doesn’t seem to inherit my theme buttons or style elments. It has basic style features so if you’re concerned about your brand throw it out the window with this plugin. You’re forced to use their style unless you’re good at CSS.
This plugin has been incredibly useful for our organization. It has really helped us manage requests/issues and keep them organized. It’s straight-forward and easy-to-use for both the end user and our internal team. One of the best parts has been the customer support. They have been incredibly prompt and helpful every time we’ve reached out with a question or issue. Highly recommend this plugin.
