Very nice plugin. simple and easy to use

Not sure why this one is getting negative reviews. Super simple to use and for someone with basic needs, this works so perfectly. Thank you! In my case I could not get the setting to hide the stars to work… whether I had them hidden in the widget settings or not they always showed. I have a workaround that works for my site by adding custom CSS span.ti-stars {height: 1px;visibility: hidden;} — but besides that everything works great.

I initially had some trouble with the free widget, but the support team was willing to work with me to improve the bugs that I found in the features. Thank you for the assistance.

I have tried many free plugins available on WordPress, but I think this is the best free plugin I have found, it is easy to use and has a good template.

I use it on many websites I build and manage. I think many bad reviews of this plugin are unwarranted.

The plugin has a lot of potential, but it seems to be riddled with bugs and issues. If you look at the support channel you will see many complaining of the same issues for several months now. Settings like remove image, or remove stars from rating don’t work and have not worked for months. Support replied to the messages but it seems nothing has been fixed for quite some time.

I’m trying to setup a testimonial grid on a website and its showing the first row of testimonials and they run completely off the right side of the page instead of jumping down to the next line. It is not usable at this point unless you maybe want to show just a couple testimonials. I will gladly edit this review if they get things fixed, but after seeing the other messages in the support section I don’t have much faith at this point for a quick bug fix.

I pretty much wasted a couple hours of my day trying to get this working with really no luck. And now I have to source a different one for my clients website after entering in a bunch of testimonials.
