Alert does not pop up on android phone

I installed easily the product. However i do not receive any alert on my smartphone when a new order arrives. How can you fix this ? Thks.
Alternative to Woocommerce App

I really appreciate that there are alternatives to the Woocommerce App without Jetpack.
However I wasn’t happy with the UI – too much space is wasted e.g. in the order list, and swipe for navigation is not supported (you need to click a tiny icon on the right top to get back).

Not working on Android

Currently doesn’t notify you of sales on the app or phone. Also the dashboard statistics are not working. I will update this review to 5 stars if they fix the issues.
