Had an issue with the plugin (which was my fault) due to some settings that I had changed at MC end.

Adam was EXTREMELY helpful and spent around 2 hours with me on live chat ensuring the issue was fixed and then retrospectively updating tags on products that had been lost due to the error.

Adam saved me a LOT of time and effort adding tags manually and his support was second to none.

Aside from the support the plugin itself is great for managing subscribers and categorising with tags etc….

I’ve used the basic version for 2 years now and it has worked perfectly. The plugin is simple to use and set up, and it has done the job I needed it to. I’m now at the stage where I need the paid version and I hope it continues to perform.

I have tried out a lot of WordPress WooCommerce MailChimp integration plugins and this one by far is my favorite. It goes well beyond a simple checkbox on checkout and provides a rich feature set for subscribing customers to MailChimp interest groups, adding tags, and allowing product-based list subscriptions. The settings screens are intuitive and well documented. And I am really happy about the Pro version that provides an extra level of customization and top-notch support. Keep up the good work!

Worked fine for a while, but now all names are a mess. The encoding is not working for Japanese. It used too, and every other plugin handles names fine. Just this one doesn’t. Having to use Zapier and their expensive woocommerce plugin as a workaround.
