The plugin worked beautifully for a while but after their latest update it no longer synchronises properly with woocomerce. Once orders are paid and labels created, it does not communicate with woocomerce and does not mark orders as complete on the website.
I have contacted support multiple times, and I always get the same generic answer, such as reset API keys, install and uninstall the plugin, which I have done it many times and yet problem still persists.
Very disappointed at the support level received and looking at canceling my shipstation account all together for 4 stores, as soon as I find an alternative solution.
In the end is causing me more headaches, than providing a solution.
This plugin worked fine for a while and did what it was supposed to do. But after the most recent update, order status synchronization has completely stopped working.
Specifically, when an order is canceled in WooCommerce, ShipStation continues to show it as “Awaiting Shipment” — it never picks up the status change. This creates a real operational problem: you risk shipping out orders that have already been canceled.
This is a core function of the plugin, not a minor edge case. A shipping integration that doesn’t accurately reflect order status is not just unhelpful — it’s actively dangerous to your workflow.
I’d strongly recommend holding off on updating, or rolling back if you already have. Will revise this review if the issue gets addressed in a future patch.
I’m grateful to Shameem for carefully looking into an issue and giving a thorough response.
Prompt, courteous and highly effective support provided by Frank. The icing on the cake would have been the availability of more comprehensive documentation. However, at this juncture, reference was made to professional agencies and developers. This appears to be a matter of corporate policy rather than a limitation of the support team. Please continue with your excellent work.
It does what it’s supposed to and syncs orders with ShipStation. I’ve used on several websites without any issues.
