BulkGate SMS Plugin for WooCommerce

I trusted this company for our business to send SMS to our team and customers. I paid for their tokens and created a campaign and sent it. The test campaign said it was sent and never arrived. The main campaign said it was sent and never arrived to any team members or customers. I reached out to their company and they said they would try to resolve within 48 hours. 48 hours later – NOTHING! i emailed them again as they will always refer you to their support and never work with you in this space to resolve issues openly so they can mark everything RESOLVED when it is really not resolved at all. They are building fake resolutions and ratings which I should have taken as a red flag when they send everyone somewhere else to get help that is never delivered. I explained to them that is they could not fix the delivery issue that they could just issue a refund and I would find another provider. After 72 hours they simply sent me an email back that says that the system works. I immediately contacted Paypal to file and fraudulent service dispute. I have told them that no ones cell phone on our team has received an SMS and neither have any customers and their resolution was to tell me it works. This company is a SCAM and I warn any reputable companies to stay away. We are located in the USA. I will not recommend this company to anyone I know in this country or abroad in other territories where we do business. Use at your own risk.

I have chosen the option of my number to send sms but the sms sended with shortcode number, please solve the problem

We have been using this plugin to connect to Bulkgate for a few weeks now and have sent campaigns and standalone messages to user with a very high rate of delivery and a good return.
We had a small issue with a cancelled campaign, but support was exceptional and returned the credit in a few minutes after a call and check. Also, beware of links in messages, sometimes it reports a no-valid URL, but it works ok on the client side. We also chose non-unicode, as it makes for a longer (160 chars) single message body.

I strongly recommend this plugin for mass messaging and good delivery of marketing texts.
