The plugin does pretty much everything you think it does. It handles online reservations, online menus, and even online ordering. Bayezid from the support team has been very helpful when I have run into issues. Most of the issues I have are very small and resolved quickly. The plugin is powerful, but sometimes lacks features that you would think it might have. For example, there is no way to create separate reservation forms dependent on the number of guests which is a problem if a restaurant wants to do reservations differently dependent on the number of guests. Other than that though, it’s good!

I am currently using WP Cafe Pro 3.0.6, and it’s a game-changer. It handles everything from food menus to pickup and delivery options perfectly. The system is easy for customers to navigate, and the support team is excellent whenever I have questions. If you need a reliable restaurant management system for WordPress, this is the one to get!
