WP Data Access is designed as a true no-code builder: everything works out of the box, intuitive and effortless. Hooks are completely optional and invisible to no-code user…
I have been using WP Data Access for over a year to provide the core of the migration of my martial arts club’s new management platform, migrating from an aging SQL Server / .NET application.
This is an excellent plugin providing a great way to handle some complex custom tables and relationahsip, and providing front end application building. I would also like to highlight the excellent support. As expected with any complex use case I have encounter a few issues and bugs, however the team have been responsive and professional in working to resolve these. Thoroughly recommended.
WP Data Access is an incredible tool for creating an Administration panel of any local or remote database. It instantly adds CRUD capabilities to any database table.
I use WP Data Access to display a PhpList database table of users in a WordPress admin panel. It gives me quick insight to subscribed users by building a bridge – without writing any code.
A must-have tool for developers and shop owners!
The plugin itself works fine but they follow this new trend where you BREAK your plugin on update, just to get the attention of the admin, trying to persuade you to opt into more data sharing.
Guys, this is REALLY VERY BAD. For a rich site with 100+ plugins, it’s extremely user unfriendly to let the user wonder what plugin might still work after a normal upgrade!
Shame on you.
Other than that, great plugin, so it’s even more of a pity that you have decided to abandon your users like that.
If you want to access a DB from your WP site… Don’t search any more. This is all you need.
We’re a small enterprise working with Microsoft software and we’re hosting our database on MS SQL Server.
Instead of spending tens of thousands of euros on building an app for the customers, we managed to build a seamless integration of our SQL Server database to WordPress with this powerful plugin, which gives us all the flexibility we could imagine.
Their support is very professional and quick to respond, even when there were some upgrades to be made to the plugin itself.
I would definitely recommend this plugin to anyone looking into data management or connecting different types of databases to WordPress!
