Paid version is defective, developer ignores all my messages.

When the plugin is enabled, all logged-in users, including the admin, keep getting logged out every 5 to 10 minutes.

The developer was very quick to respond to my pre-sale question, but has been ignoring all my messages about this issue since I paid for the plugin.

This is the worst customer service I could possibly imagine.

I tried the PRO version. There was a small problem after installation, but Sanjeev responded with lightning speed and quickly released a new version. Now it works perfectly. Thank you for the immediate response and I recommend the PRO version to others.

Simple to install, easy to use and effective at what it’s meant to do. This does not intend to be a full-on user account manager, It’s perfect for situation where a handful of co-editors need to wrangled during maintenance and upgrades.
