Really impressive plugin. Support was responsive and helpful in answering my questions.
* I did pay for the license as well.
Great products and youtube clips for getting going. Purchased Advanced Management, Advanced Search, Import/Export. All integrates well, needed Lightbox and Lightbox-2 (free) for additional features on looking at image files in a new window. Fast response to issues (99% new user… “how can I”) questions. Good detail in email responses.
Thoroughly recommneded team and product. Cheers
We purchased the entire suite of plugins and use them all except for two.
Installation was easy and straightforward. There were small issues which the developer fixed immediately. The documentation videos are easy to follow.
We are even using the plugins for a website that is not 100% the way it’s supposed to be used and it is serving our needs. Thank you for your guidance and suggestions during the process. Please add a troubleshooting section to the website. There were a few things I was doing wrong in setting up the display settings. Once I understood how the fields worked, I was able to correct my mistake. Thanks for a great product – Michelle
