Found this plugin to be easy to setup (once I read the instructions :). Works great as a gateway to protected content without having to get into membership plugins.
I purchased the Designer Add-on to make styling the Popup easier.

Plugin does exactly what it claims. I’ve purchased collector extension and it turned out later that it does not have the feature I was looking for. So I contacted developer about it and he extended the plugin just for me in the next couple of days! Great contact and outstanding support – 100% recommend.
