One of my few “go to” plugins that does exactly what it says. Dead simple, no bloat, huge fan.
I needed a way to send some transactional emails from WordPress to test whether or not they were being sent out via PHP. This tool made it very simple to test the mail function.
hi
i tested the Version 1.1.9
the plugin runs fine but it only says mail send / mail not sent. no more info…
The logs list feature (which is not explained in the video tutorial) does not tell us the error message. or returned error why the mail is not send.
While SMTP plugins often have email testing, very few plugins allow you to test your WP email delivery without being part of another plugin. For example, I have a client who uses Mailgun. I switched to the Mailgun plugin from a popular SMTP plugin, but it cannot send test emails! So, this plugin is perfect for testing these types of things. It’s nice to find plugins that do exactly what they say they will and have no extra stuff.
Works as expected. Thank you.
