Video Gallery – YouTube Playlist, Channel Gallery by YotuWP

This plugin works as expected and has all of the options that we need. We use it to display our “Recent Appearances” playlist from YouTube. As we make changes to the playlist the website grid changes automatically and we have had no issues.

This was the only free plugin I could find that would provide a video playlist grid in a way so the YouTube play button didn’t obscure the thumbnail as it only shows when moused over. It works and looks great & does not require login into the channel where the playlist was created.

This is a review for the free version of YotuWP, so YMMV with paid features. We recently refreshed our entire website for work. On the old page, I had a video gallery plugin (a paid one) that did the job, but setup was over-complicated and keeping it updated required even more money unless I manually added each video. Enter YotuWP. Easy to set up (basic grid/pagination/title showing is basically all you need to set up), and it auto-updates with new uploaded videos without me having to touch a thing–all in the free version! There are a few other options that you can take or leave, such as styling or video box effects, but for a simple, self-updating video gallery you cannot beat this plugin. Thank you!
