AccessPress Parallax

Just want to give a big thanks to the team for i have bein using Accesspress themes for a couple of years now with great success. themes are easy to work with and they look very good. Recently had a problem that i could not figure out and once i contacted support, they had it fixed in less than 24hrs. That’s what i call Super Cool! Thanks again team adn keep up the good work.

For our very first own website we wanted something very special. At that time the parallax effect was still brand new and the team of AccessPress helped us with the setup. Also over the years we always got prompt support after updates. And for our latest websites we still use the same theme. Now there are several demos for super easy pre-installation and fast editing due to the elementor compatibility. This shows that the whole team of AccessPress is doing a mega job and they are always ahead of their time, no matter if theme design or service support. KUDOS, BIG shout-out & THANK YOU to the whole team!!!

The Pallax Theme has a lot of bugs that are not fixed.

Messages in the support are ignored. I can prove that!

Often they ask you to send screenshots. But these cannot be uploaded then.
Sometime the sytem does not let you send an re: message

It looks like they have no developers to fix this. 

WordPress admin, please take this theme out of the Index and save us user lot of trouble.

Many of the bugs only came  noticeable in the middle of the project. 

For example, the iPad display problems, this flickering when scrolling or the fixed navigation jumps.

With the current desktop Safari this problem with flickering is also present.

No template updates so far

No reaction from the supporter in the forum.

Very grateful to the technical support, I had problems with the integration in elementor and in a very short time they solved the problem and clarified my doubts
