Best Shop

Absolutely disgusted with the Best Shop theme and the so-called “support.” From the moment I purchased this theme, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Bugs everywhere, incomplete features, and the documentation is useless. What’s worse is the complete lack of response from the support team.

At first, they responded (after long delays), but every time one issue was “fixed,” another one popped up. Now, they have stopped replying altogether, leaving me with a broken theme and no help in sight. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unbelievable, especially for a PAID theme.

If you’re thinking about buying this theme, DON’T. You’ll be wasting your money and your time dealing with a team that clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I’m done with waiting for responses and being ignored. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish.

I use their product and am very pleased about it. Especially their documentation has been a time-saver for me. I have also needed their support and have received prompt and precise replies. I am in different time zone than theirs and receive their responses quickly which is a big plus for me, as I am not an expert with WP. Keep up the good work and best of luck everyone in your team!

Very pleased with support. Worked with me on a tweak I needed, response was quick and so was the fix.

Brilliant support. I had a problem installing the demo site. I shot off an email and support logged into my site and completed the install. All within 24 hours. My site is up and running and I can start customising.
