I am just starting a blog with blossom feminine free and I have found it really user friendly. I did ask a question to the support team and I was really impressed by the support I received. It has made me want to upgrade as I know I will get professional, patient and amazing support as I need it.

Problem resolved with theme

Had a glitch on one of my site pages where the menus and sidebars were out of place. It did take a minute, but it was resolved. The service rep was polite and professional.

frustration, no reply etc etc

At first the service is great. The support replies and helps decent. But when the real trouble starts, there is no reply on any of my emails. After leaving a bad review on their site (they check all the reviews before publication, that isn’t fair ain’t it?) I got a reply to help and understand. When I explain and ask for refund they aren’t so helpful anymore. It took me to many time and costs me a theme and plugin for the website. So I would think twice to use this theme!
