I contacted the support team when I had a problem with my front page. It seemed that it wasn’t there or I have delated it by mistake. Shila Niroula replied to my email and managed to restore the front page. I am very pleased that I got this kind of support. Thank you!

I selected the Blossom Travel Theme for my blog because its appearance is appealing and fits my needs. My blog is bilingual, with both English and Spanish content, which I manually translate, as I would rather not rely on automatic translations that are often inaccurate. I ended up purchasing the Pro theme to access all the necessary functionalities for making the blog bilingual. Now I know it was a waste of money and time!

Everything was functioning correctly until the theme was updated, and the option to select the language and fill in the links in the theme settings of the source strings was removed.

This has led to a chaotic mix of English and Spanish posts on both the English and Spanish sides of my blog, significantly compromising the quality of content in both languages.

After contacting customer support regarding an issue, I was informed that they would investigate it. However, over a month later, I received the response that “The developers are unable to provide enough time to fix the issue currently, and they will start working on the issue as soon as possible.” 

Is that support? This delayed and vague response has only added to my frustration.

I don’t know if they solve the problem and, if so, when it’s going to be. At this point, I don’t think they will.

My site isn’t live yet, but if it were, it would have made for a terrible user experience, and they wouldn’t be back. Imagine reading a website with a confusing mix of languages. 

I am currently searching for a new theme that can effectively support two languages at the same time and has more reliable customer support. Blossom Themes has demonstrated that if any problems arise in the future, it may take months to resolve them (if they finally do it!). This poses a concern for websites with high traffic, as they risk losing the audience.

Avoid investing money & time purchasing a blossom theme. Theme structure / layout is outdated & colors are not appealing. Furthermore there is no refund within the statutory 14 days digital goods refund period.. This is illegal practice, and by law they must refund. Seems like a scam.

I asked them to cancel auto renew (why they even do this is beyond scammy). The support did not cancel, but instead sent me a generic reply.

Will follow up with VISA to get Blossom themes blocked from auto charging.

The Blossom Travel team has proven outstanding quality in every aspect. Keep on your awesome work! Thanks again for supporting me!

I needed some help customizing the free travel theme and didn’t really expect to get a reply since I’m not a pro account holder, but was amazed to receive a prompt reply and the code that I needed to input.

I’ll continue to use Blossom, recommend it to friends, and will be sure to upgrade to pro when funds allow my growth.

I can’t recommend these Blossom themes enough!
