Lousy quality
by Muette·2 years ago

Don’t get it. Lousy code, lousy (unresponsive) support. If you have a problem they don’t want to know.

Error logs show up multiple underlying issues.

It’s a cobbled together bad hack of site origins and other people’s plugins.

Accurate and well-designed WordPress theme.

Very limited options, too complicated
by alex381·5 years ago

I’ve bought a package from Think Up Themes that includes this theme. Every TUT theme is very complicated to use. Some options are dependent of some other that is not logically arranged. You can’t do much to change default look and make what you need, and even simple things like fonts, colors and menus are painful or impossible to set up as you like. Also, themes ARE NOT yours forever, as they stated on their web site, because when subscription expires, you can’t install your key on new web sites. Waste of money.

Decent, so long as you don’t have mobile visitors

Decent theme, so long as you don’t have mobile visitors. Claims to be responsive, but mobile version of the site looks nearly identical to desktop version.

Consulting Pro not working on iPhone
by M M Leventer·6 years ago

Deeply disappointed with the support from thinkupthemes. It’s very difficult to get support. They also have an evil policy to reset your level of priority anytime you reply to their not-so-useful answers. They don’t test using real mobile phones, just simulators. So, for them everything works fine. Even when they don’t.
