I went with bold grid premium, and my level of knowledge was pre kindergarten in terms of websites. They helped me totally until I got to a place I could proceed on my own. A minimum of sixteen different back n forths. Great customer service.

I’m a small custom upholstery shop and I love what BoldGrid Crio does for my business. I have my website set up to be clean, simple and FAST. First thing I often get from my customers is, “I love your Website”.

I’m using most of the BoldGrid plugins and in addition, getting excellent results in all the performance metrics from Chrome Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights, and GTMetrix.

Very happy with BoldGrid Crio.

Built a couple of customer websites with both the free and paid versions of Crio. As a small agency and business owner Crio is amazing. I love being able to quickly launch new aesthetically pleasing client websites super fast. Also love how Crio embraces the customizer. I can customize most of my site right from the customizer.

You’ll need their free builder plugin to really access most of the features which is a pro and a con (since I try to limit how many plugins I have installed), but it works really well (maybe the devs can integrate the editor into the theme somewhow).

Eh minor grievance. All in all positive experience.

I am trying to use Crio and all the Crio menu will not load. All I see when I try to use it is an hour glass for everything and I can’t do anything. I paid for premium and can’t get any help as the link is not working.

I tried this new theme on my localhost blog back‑up,
and I was impressed by the number of option’s & customisations.
It’s incredible,
quasi perfect,
a real master‑piece.

I found only four things missing :

• we can’t set the width of the logo easily in the option (Logo & icon).
  we can’t disable “white-space” (with check‑box) in option (Header\Site title), to avoid removal of some spaces made with U+00A0, it’s possible with use in CSS of .site-branding.c {white-space: break-spaces;}, but since I use wordpress.com free subscription, I don’t have access to C.S.S. editor.
• the width of « branding » is set at 50% (.col-md-6 {width:50%;}) and we cant’t change this setting directly in option (Header\Layout), but it’s possible in C.S.S.
• we can’t set excerpts to 0 or not to display excerpt at all (Design\Blog\Blog Page\Post List Settings), I don’t understand why…
  The Widget page don’t show title’s & subtitle’s level properly in Header sidebar or Header Column.
• When you add « Page’s widget » in « Design\Header\Layout\Section\ » « WidgetArea »,
  the titles are shown with bullets (ul & li) and with proper level & sub‑level representation,
  but when we save,
  the bullet & level are removed in web‑site,
  that is not good.
  We need these levels in « Primary SideBar » and bullets and level in « Header Layout »…
• The z-index position of the page / post is problematic with the sidebar (aside), because if you made a table with larger width,
  the sidebar is upon it,
  when the sidebar is on the right side.
  And if the SideBar is on the left,
  and widget post’s / page’s links use un‑breakable‑space,
  the text is upon the page or post content,
  that should be corrected

I’m sad because my blog is in « mangzedi.wordpress.com »,
and I would like to use this theme there,
without needing to take Business subscription to install « Premium theme’s ».
Hope he will be available soon.

But congratulation anyway pro this awesome theme.
The best customizator I ever seen in my life.
