The Customify Pro is a great choice for a WordPress Theme. Lots customization. The fast customer support is so refreshing and helpful. Good communication any problem, issue or even suggestion is addressed or fixed quickly!

Terrible Support, Refusal to Refund, and No Resolution

I deeply regret purchasing the Customify Pro theme from PressMaximum. Despite months of back-and-forth communication, their support team has failed to resolve critical issues that render the theme unusable on my main site. They repeatedly request staging site credentials and FTP access, yet their responses are vague, dismissive, and unhelpful.

When I requested a refund, they stated they would only issue one if they were unable to fix the issue. However, they haven’t fixed it, nor have they acknowledged the severity of the problem. Instead, they deflect responsibility and provide no actionable solutions.

The support experience has been beyond frustrating, with time zone differences adding unnecessary delays and communication that often feels like canned responses rather than genuine attempts to assist.

I strongly caution anyone considering Customify Pro or any other products from PressMaximum to think twice. If something goes wrong, you might find yourself stuck with an unusable product, no resolution, and no refund.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I’ve tried many themes, but this one is really editable. even in the free version, almost everything goes except for the submenu.

Hello,

Your theme is my favorite theme which I use for my website. But this theme has some problems. Like below the footer in my website i.e. ‘Copyright © 2020- 2023 PHONDIA.com – All Rights Reserved.’ Google’s ads are also loaded below. Which looks very unprofessional. With this, the text contrast is very low by default, which you can see in Pagespeed Insight. Along with this it is a bit important to optimize it with web core vitals as well. And the related post option given below is given in H4. If only H2 is used in a post, then it will prove to be a wrong practice for SEO. Please see them I repeat again, your theme is the best. Thank you!
