Hello Elementor has become my go to theme for almost every site I build because it is fast, clean, and works perfectly with Elementor. It gives me the freedom to design without unnecessary clutter. I just wish the header and footer builder had more built in flexibility.
Hello Elementor is fast and works perfectly with Elementor giving full design freedom for performance-focused sites. Its light build and clean slate approach appeal to professionals but with no styling or theme settings every element must be created manually which often requires Elementor Pro. Over time I have noticed the theme getting slightly heavier with more dashboard elements which takes away from the ultra-minimal setup I originally liked.
When I first started building my own site, I had no issues with my own themes, and even with the Hello Elementor theme. But when I downloaded the Elementor plugin, it immediately complained about a server issue. Oh my god. My head was about to explode. Why was this happening? Why was it incompatible now?
Elementor team just can’t help themselves spamming the user with tons of ads. WordPress should remove these kinds of themes and plugins from their registery.
Edit: In my first review I accidentally gave 5 stars instead of one. I edited the review to fix that mistake.
And Elementor has jumped the shark. Now, they boldly decided to put the Hello theme on my WP menu with no option to remove it. And that’s on top of the bloated ads and upsells that was already plaguing the theme and the plugin. And here’s a fun fact…even when you’re a paid Elementor Pro user, as I am, the ads, bloat, and upsells still waste your time and get in your way. Not cool Elementor!
