Great theme and excellent support that makes it sing

I have been using this theme for a long time. Throughout I have received excellent support from the team at The Theme Foundry who, time after time, have gone out of their way to help me get what I want.

Today, I needed help to make their icon-based unordered lists look special. They helped with some additional CSS and now I can see how that works, I have exactly the control I wanted.

This experience is typical of their support over the years, and they have never let me down.

Very happy with Make theme, I’ve been using it for many years.

Using it for a business website, so I don’t mind paying for support. It took about 10 days of emailing back and forth to resolve my issue but it wasn’t a critical issue and I wasn’t in a huge rush.

I hope the devs are successful and are able to continue supporting Make for many more years.

I’m a very novice website owner, and most of what I’ve done is the result of muddling through, with a bit of pure luck!

When I wanted to update my site and had an issue I couldn’t solve, I reached out to the Make support team. I was blown away by how helpful Luan is. I received prompt answers to all my questions, no matter how badly phrased or basic.
