Its all Kubio or nothing
by sgumby·6 months ago

Kubio is an interesting builder for the headers and footers. It might be ok for pages too but I have a “system” in elementor and I don’t really want to change.

I’m annoyed that the only way to really customize anything with this theme is to install and use Kubio. If Kubio truely was just a bell and whistle and I could customize stuff like logo size and colors easily I would have just skipped Kubio and kept using this theme.

The bottom line is this theme does not really work with out Kubio and Kubio does not play nicely with Elementor…. And I’m assuming it doesn’t work with other builders like Divi or WP Builder.

I think had the description of this theme pointed this information out I would have moved on to a different theme. I would not have wasted 2 hours setting up my header and footer to find out that I couldn’t use Elementor for my pages.

Its your business decision to force us to use Kubio or not. But at least tell us that this is what’s happening so we don’t waste our time.

Great page builder

Straightforward and really customizable. There’s options with the color theme, copy plugged in based on the industry, icons, fonts, etc for free! Many section layout options and easy to navigate. I would start with this theme first and plug in copy, images rather than vice versa

Most invasive theme ever

This theme completely messed up my site in the blink of an eye. Installed 2 plugins, added like 7 menu items, 5 pages, changed my home page, removed my widgets, etc. Just to “tailor my experience”. Yeah, how about no.
