NO INTEGRITY
NO INTEGRITY. An update was available for our pro them, Business Consultant, during our paid year of support. The update was not pushed out to WordPress, and we did not know about it until after our year expired. We are having problems with the theme and decided to make sure we had the latest update. When we realized an update was released a month before our subscription expired, we asked multiple times to receive the update. They will only do so if we resubscribe for another year. Why would we do that if we didn’t get what we paid for the first time? UNFAIR. NO INTEGRITY. WISH SKT THE WORST.

SKT Support sent an email questioning my integrity because I had not removed this review after they finally provided the theme update that had been available during my subscription period. My response said, “Thanks for the reminder. Integrity on my part makes it important that others see exactly how you handled your customer. So, I will update my reviews to reflect that you finally provided the update that was available before my subscription expired. But, your statement that I asked you to fix a broken site was a lie, and you didn’t decide to do the right thing until I wrote the reviews. That’s unfortunate and people need to know how you treat your customers. I’ll update my reviews today. I hope you do better for others in the future.”

The range of themes is excellent, more than enough for my clients to look at plus there’s a well designed demo site for every theme so you can check the functionality. Prices are good if you purchase the full theme package and renew yearly.

Support has improved over the years and you’ll need this as we’ve found some themes need custom coding for some of the design elements

overall – great value, be patient with the support, excellent theme platform for the less techy

This is one neat and clean theme, I love the clean/flat look it’s just awesome. The slider it’s a big plus to it, also the Blog Page is very well organized. Wonderful theme, I have built several websites using this theme.

The video docs for this are blurry and cover basic info only. The main docs for this do not cover the basic functionality of the software. Stay away unless you live writing css and hand modifying everything.
