Theme is good easy to customize but it broke out frequently and its product page is not good. its checkout page is not working at all

I recently purchased the Shopient Pro theme from Seller Themes, which required the additional themes of Storely and Storely Pro for full functionality. Despite the initial promise, the theme has been fraught with issues, particularly in its configuration settings, where adjustments in one area adversely affect others, resulting in inconsistent layouts. However, the most critical problem I’ve encountered is a non-functioning shopping cart, which essentially breaks the website, leaving only the header visible after an item is added to the cart.

The responsiveness of the support team initially seemed promising, but it quickly became apparent that their replies were superficial and failed to address the core issues. Eventually, the support team acknowledged that other clients had experienced similar problems but then requested my WordPress login details for further investigation. Concerned about the security of my company and customer data, I asked for their data protection measures in line with UK GDPR regulations. Astonishingly, their solution was to have me send my login details to a Gmail account, purportedly the company’s official email address. This response not only undermines basic data security practices but also raises significant GDPR compliance issues. The combination of unresolved technical problems, inadequate support responses, and questionable data security practices has significantly eroded my trust in Seller Themes, leading me to seek external intervention to resolve these matters as their refunds@ and support@ email accounts give 503 errors.

Unfortunately I have to revise my rating. The theme has a lot of errors, most of which have been fixed, but there remain some bugs and errors that unfortunately have not been fixed. Furthermore, this theme is not really compatible with Elementor and its plugins, so it is not suitable for such plugins. I’ve had a similar theme for a few days and there are no problems with using Elementor, so I was able to make comparisons here. Overall, if you don’t need certain plugins, the theme is quite good and simple. It’s definitely something for beginners. I’m deducting two stars today because there are problems with the theme.
