Evolving themes and expert technical support from ThemeGrill

We have used one of theme from ThemeGrill for a long time and have been satisfied with it. However, due to technological advancements, we encountered compatibility issues with WP and other plugins. After consulting with a representative, we were recommended a new theme called Zakra.

With the representative’s professional advice on the risks involved in switching themes, we were able to identify and systematically resolve issues with staging, backups and servers. We are very grateful for their diligent support in ensuring that our website is exquisitely designed.

As web design and IT are not my speciality, I appreciated the detailed explanations and screen recordings that helped me to understand the process.

Ideally, everything would run smoothly, but I think minor errors or procedural issues can happen anywhere and at any time. However, these issues can be resolved with the right support and a commitment to resolving them.

There were many twists and turns due to issues with our server provider, but thanks to themeGrill’s diligent and professional support, we were able to finalize the changes to our website, which made us trust themeGrill even more.

We are looking forward to seeing how ThemeGrill/Zakra develops in the future.
